Whilst booking Personal Training sessions and courses can always be done over the phone or via email, our preference is always face-to-face. Making the decision to start training with a myGym P.T. or enrolling in one of our challenging fitness courses is a big commitment, so it’s important to us that a full prospectus is always provided and your expectations are carefully managed before making that all important decision to start.
