MYTH 5: ANYONE CAN USE A SUNBED …
Not everyone can use a sunbed or sunbathe. You need to check your skin type and for other contra-indications.

MYTH 6: NO BENEFITS TO USING A SUNBED …

MYTH 7: USING A SUNBED BEFORE A HOLIDAYWON’T HELP PREVENT SUNBURN …
A few sessions on a sunbed before you jet off to a hot destination is a great way to help prepare your skin for the intensity of the summer sun.

It’s still important to ensure you wear appropriate sun protection in the sun and above all, avoid burning.
